1- Payment Protection: You do not pay the supplier directly. Your payment is securely held until you confirm that you have received your goods and that they meet the quality standards.

2- Quality Guarantee: Products must match the approved pre-production sample (PPS). If the final shipment fails to meet this standard, notify us within 7 days of delivery for a resolution (credit, replacement, or refund).

3- On-Time Dispatch: We guarantee the supplier will ship your order by the agreed-upon deadline. If the date is missed without prior notice, you are entitled to compensation.
