Seller Policy

Payment Methods

Sellers can receive payments through the following methods:

  • Bank Transfer – Available for registered business accounts with valid banking details.
  • Instapay Transfer – Available for sellers with verified Instapay accounts.
  • Mobile Wallets – Selected wallets approved by Go Gomla (subject to availability).

Note: Cash or in-person payments are not permitted.

Payment Schedule

  • Payments are released to the seller after the buyer confirms receipt or once the return period expires, whichever comes first.
  • Settlement cycles may take 2–5 business days depending on the payment method and bank processing times.

Fees & Commission

  • Go Gomla charges a 3% commission on each completed order.
  • Any applicable bank or transfer fees may also be deducted from the payout.
  • Sellers are responsible for all taxes and compliance obligations related to their sales.

Seller Responsibilities

  • Sellers must ensure all payment details are accurate and updated.
  • Go Gomla is not responsible for delays or losses caused by incorrect information.
  • Sellers must comply with local financial and anti–money laundering regulations.

Disputes

  • Payment issues must be reported to Go Gomla Support within 7 days of occurrence.
  • Go Gomla reserves the right to withhold payments in cases of suspected fraud, chargebacks, or policy violations.
